Water-based inks for linoleum and woodcut printing, neon colours.
Schminke College® Linol inks are applied with a rubber roller onto the relief printing blocks. College Linol is a series that, despite being economical, has a good pigmentation and reports very well on contemporary synthetic materials, carving plates and other rubber stamps blocks. Even better than other Schminke brand ink series.
Neon colored water-based block printing inks. In the German brand Schminke they are experts in the manufacture of paints and pigments. In addition, they manufacture several series of linoleum inks. The College® Linol series, despite being considered a school series, is the most suitable for applying to more contemporary supports, such as soft cut lino block or blue carving block. Of course, they are also suitable for applying to traditional linoleum block or wooden blocks.
College lino print inks are water-based and listed as environmentally eco-friendly printing inks. These inks are ideal for schools, students and printmakers who want to reduce their use of toxic products.
Being water-based, they dry very quickly compared to other oil-based inks. All colors are miscible with each other and with other water-based series. Cleaning of rollers and utensils can be done with water.
