For this service we only need the image at real scale, PDF, TIFF or JPG format and at a good resolution.

This service is designed for rubber stamp shops or for those who need to manufacture several personalized stamps and want to save on production. You can convert as many images as you can put into a DIN format. Recommended service for companies that want to dedicate themselves to the design and sale of stamps without the need to assimilate high production costs. The stamp sheet is delivered unmounted but includes a double-sided adhesive rubber sheet for professional mounting. The sponge rubber confers a cushioning of the seal, improving its reproduction.

The rubber plates are easy to cut and manipulate with scissors or a scalpel cutter. To convert this sheets into a stamp, you will only have to mount the cutouts on a wooden base or handle that adapts to the size. To mount the stamp you must use the double-sided adhesive rubber that we include in the manufacture of all our stamp plates.

The material with which we make these stamps can be cleaned with water, alcohol and (mild) solvents.

The thickness indicated refers to the total thickness of the polymer but the depth of the stamps is variable. Likewise, an image with very fine lines or details requires less depth. The depth of the stamps is linked to the singularities of each image and is also subject to the needs of the production process.

This service is offered in 3 different DIN sizes, two hardnesses and two thicknesses to choose from (2 or 6 mm.). A whole world of possibilities to delight the most adventurous.

Do you have any questions in the manufacture of your custom rubber stamp sheets? Here we solve some of the most frequently asked questions in the custom stamp engraving service.

CAN I MAKE A STAMP FROM ANY IMAGE?
Yes, we can make a stamp of any image as long as it is legal*. The image can contain text, logos and even photographic images. The only service we don't offer is image design.

WHAT KIND OF IMAGE IS NEEDED TO MAKE A STAMP?
To engrave your stamp we need a digital image that is real size. Preferably in Black and White or grayscale.

WHAT RESOLUTION IS THE BEST TO REPRODUCE MY STAMP?
The printing quality of a stamp is directly proportional to the quality of the digital image sent. In addition to good image quality, we recommend that the image be at least 150 dpi - dots per inch.

WHAT FILE FORMATS CAN I UPLOAD?
You can upload images in JPG, PNG, PDF or TIFF format.

WHEN WILL I GET MY STAMP?
Stamp manufacturing time is approximately 2-3 business days. If it is a shipment, you must add 24-48 hours of shipping (peninsular). Ask for international shipping.

IS POSSIBlE TO GET MY STAMP BEFORE THE ESTIMATED TIME?
Yes, we can offer you an express service to manufacture your rubber stamps. Ask us and we will surely be able to offer you an urgent manufacture of stamps.

MY STAMP CONTAINS TEXT AND TYPEFACE THAT ARE VERY SMALL. WILL THEY READ CORRECTLY?
At Rittagraf we work with the highest technology to achieve the smallest details, including very small texts. Even so, a stamp dosn't respond to the logic of digital, offset or screen printing. If you want the print to be legible and have a correct definition in the print, we recommend that the sizes of the fonts are not less than 8 points and the lines are not less than 0.20 mm thick.
