CAN I CREATE A PHOTO STAMP FROM ANY IMAGE?
Yes, we can create a stamp from any image as long as it is legal*. The image can contain text, logos, and even photographic images. The only service we do not offer is image design.
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE IS REQUIRED FOR MAKING A CUSTOM STAMP?
To engrave your photo stamp, we need a digital image that is in actual size. Preferably in grayscale.
WHAT RESOLUTION IS BEST FOR REPRODUCING MY RUBBER STAMP?
The printing quality of a stamp is directly proportional to the quality of the digital image provided. In addition to a good image quality, we recommend the image to be at least 150 dpi - dots per inch.
WHAT FILE FORMATS CAN I UPLOAD?
You can upload images in JPG, PNG, PDF, or TIFF formats.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STAMP?
The production time for stamps is approximately 2 to 3 business days. If it requires shipping, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for delivery (within the mainland).
IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF GETTING MY STAMP BEFORE THE ESTIMATED TIME?
Yes, we can offer you an express service for manufacturing your stamps. Feel free to inquire, and we will do our best to provide urgent stamp production.
WHAT TECHNOLOGY WILL BE USED TO MANUFACTURE MY STAMP?
We have various technologies to create your stamp. Rest assured, we will choose the one that we consider most suitable to achieve the best result for your work. If you have a specific technology in mind for any aesthetic or formal reasons, please let us know in the comments when placing your order.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY STAMP WILL PRINT WELL? IS IT THE RIGHT SIZE I NEED?
