CAN I MAKE A PHOTOGRAPHIC STAMP FROM ANY IMAGE?
Yes, we can create a stamp from any image as long as it is legal*. The image can include text, logos, and even photographic images. The only service we do not provide is image design.
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE IS REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOM STAMP?
To create your photographic stamp, we need a digital image that is actual size, preferably in grayscale.
WHAT RESOLUTION IS BEST FOR REPRODUCING MY RUBBER STAMP?
The printing quality of a stamp is directly proportional to the quality of the digital image provided. In addition to a good image quality, we recommend that the image be at least 150 dpi (dots per inch).
WHAT FILE FORMATS CAN I UPLOAD?
You can upload images in JPG, PNG, PDF, or TIFF format.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STAMP?
The production time for stamps is approximately 2 to 3 working days. If shipping is required, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for delivery (within the mainland).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MY STAMP BEFORE THE ESTIMATED TIME?
Yes, we can offer you an express service for the production of your stamps. Please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your urgent stamp manufacturing needs.
WHAT TECHNOLOGY WILL BE USED TO MANUFACTURE MY STAMP?
We have different technologies for manufacturing your stamp. You don't need to worry; we will choose the one we consider most suitable to achieve the best result for your project.
