WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
The buyer has the right to cancel his order within a period of 14 calendar days. Before making any return or exchange, you must notify us by writing to email@example.com stating: full name, order number, item and quantities. You must also tell us the reason why you want to return or exchange it.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?
Rittagraf collects different cases of possible returns with different procedures and resolutions.
The product is not in good condition
In this case, Rittagraf's technical team will assess the material once we receive it at the store. Making, if necessary, tests of the material to really verify that it is defective. In this case, we recommend that the customer check the properties of the product before requesting this type of return. If the product is in poor condition due to manufacturing defects, Rittagraf will agree with the customer whether they want the full amount refunded (including shipping costs) or the replacement of the same product in optimal conditions.
The product has a breakage due to transport
In this case, the customer must immediately contact us, attaching photographic documentation of the packaging and the product. Rittagraf will be responsible for managing and collecting the damaged product as quickly as possible. Rittagraf will agree with the customer if he prefers the refund of the amount paid for the damaged product (also including the proportional part of the shipment of said product) or the immediate replacement of the damaged product in the same shipping conditions as the original purchase.
There has been an error in the shipment and they have not sent me the material that I have requested and paid for.
Rittagraf will manage the collection of the product (if necessary), replenishing the correct product as quickly as possible.
Rittagraf will agree with the customer if he prefers the refund of the amount paid for the product shipped erroneously (also including the proportional part of the shipment of said product) or the immediate replacement of the damaged product in the same shipping conditions as the original purchase.

Rittagraf will carry out the pertinent checks and in the event of an error in the shipment, it will send the undelivered material as quickly as possible and at no cost to the customer, and may agree with the customer to refund the amount of the product if the customer so prefers. client.

In this case, the customer must manage and take charge of the return. We offer the customer the possibility of exchanging the price of the returned product for any other or the refund of the amount of the same (discounting the proportional expenses of the original shipment).
Rittagraf does not accept exchanges or returns of Services or products that are part of a Service performed by Rittagraf, such as: a photolithograph, a silkscreen screen, a stamp or a photopolymer plate, etc.
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?
In order to accept a return, it is essential that the product is in optimal conditions. The material must not be used or damaged. The material must not be unsealed and must keep the labels inside its original box. The return of the material purchased in any other state than the original and indicated above and that therefore does not allow the sale of the returned item may affect the acceptance of the return.
CLAIM UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Whenever you want to cancel an order, you can do so before making the payment. In the case of returns, the full payment of the money will be made once we have received the product and verified that its condition is correct. PRICES AND SHIPPING RATES
Shipments include VAT, management fees and fuel taxes. Saturdays and Sundays are considered as holidays and the goods are not in transit. For orders to the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe, please consult us for a quote.
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
