Wood Screen Printing Frames (Pre-Stretched Screens)

Our wooden frames for screen printing combine strength and lightness, ideal for small and medium-scale work. Each frame is pre-stretched and ready to use, offering professional quality for textile, paper, and other substrates.

Standard sizes available:
15x25 cm, 20x30 cm, 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 50x60 cm, and 60x80 cm (inner dimensions).

We supply these frames with standard mesh counts: 43, 61, 77, 90, and 120 threads.
Note: meshes of 90 and 120 threads are supplied in yellow mesh unless white is requested.
Other mesh counts are supplied in white mesh.

Each wood frame is professionally stretched with Sefar or Saati mesh for optimal print quality.

Aluminum Screen Printing Frames – Economy Series

Our Economy aluminum frames are designed with lighter, thinner frames, offering an affordable solution without compromising mesh or stretching quality. They are pre-stretched and ready for use, suitable for various screen printing applications.

Standard sizes available:
40x50 cm, 50x60 cm, 60x80 cm, and 75x100 cm (inner dimensions).

Each frame is stretched with high-quality Sefar or Saati mesh, tensioned for reliable, consistent results.

The Professional aluminum frames are made with thicker, stronger, more durable frames, perfect for heavy-duty use, large formats, or long production runs.

Standard sizes available:

Stretched with high-quality Sefar or Saati mesh, professionally tensioned.
The main difference from the Economy series lies in the frame’s thickness and strength, offering greater durability and stability.
