Rittagraf offers a specialized service in the manufacturing of custom photogravure plates using high-quality Toyobo polymer. These steel-based plates with a hardness of 65-70 shores are designed to withstand the high pressures of the printing process. We work closely with our clients to ensure satisfactory results, managing the images and defining key details.
In addition to reproducing photographic images, our plates are used for creating relief matrices (letterpress, pad printing, etc.). We offer standard options in 4 DIN sizes and can accommodate requests for custom sizes.
