Screen printing photo emulsion for high definition works. Kiwo Azocol 135 is resistant to water-based inks and solvent-based inks. Ideal for graphic prints. Not recommended for work with textil and open meshes.
High definition screen printing emulsion, very suitable for work with screens and fine lines. Perfect for working with meshes greater than 77 line/cm. Azocol Z 135 is a two component diazo emulsion and needs to be activated before use. It is an emulsion resistant to solvents and allows printing with water-based inks especially when working with closed spinning. At Rittagraf we recommend this emulsion if you want to carry out demanding and high definition jobs with, for example, 90, 120 or 180 line/cm meshes. For work on textiles and with open spinning meshes we recommend another type of emulsion, since with large emulsion thicknesses, Azocol Z 135 loses resistance to the use of water-based inks.
Azocol Z 135 violet has a medium flow and is very easy to apply. Being a diazo emulsion, you must be careful for the remains and always wear gloves. The shelf life of a diazo emulsion is approximately 5 weeks from activation. From the second week on, it loses sensitivity and exposure times have to be increased. Its shelf life can be prolonged if we keep it in a cool place, such as a refrigerator.
Screen printing emulsions are one of the most compared and contrasted products in our catalog; continuously testing novelties and demanding results that are up to the task of our clients. At Rittagraf we are constantly recycling and for this reason we pass on our experience to our clients; proposing the products that we choose for our projects.
