High quality photopolymer emulsion for printing especially on textiles with aqueous inks and plastisols. Good definition and easy recovered. Kiwo Polycol 604 does not need diazo.
One component emulsion that can be used to print with water-based textile inks, water-based paper and even plastisol inks. Very good emulsion to work with water-based textile inks; both lacquers and acramines and rongeant inks. Polycol 604 Emulsion from the German brand Kiwo is perfect for its ease of use and comfortable recovered. This screen printing photopolymer emulsion does not need any sensitizer, it can be applied directly.
Polycol 604 is a multipurpose emulsion, ideal for schools, beginners, professionals and workshops with professional, semi-professional and even home construction insolators. The short exposure time and flexibility in exposure times simplify work. It is a medium flow emulsion, very easy to apply. As it is a photopolymeric emulsion of the SBQ type, it does not leave a trace and its remains are easily cleaned.
The shelf life and storage of this emulsion is approximately 12 months from the moment of manufacture. If we take good care of it, the emulsion does not have to lose any type of property during that period of time.
For extreme jobs, it can be catalyzed with Kiwo diazo No. 11, achieving extra hardening, but also shortening its useful life. This process makes recovery impossible. Since it was not originally intended for this, the catalyst must be ordered separately.
Screen printing emulsions are one of the most compared and contrasted products in our catalog; continuously testing new features and demanding results that are up to the task of our clients. At Rittagraf we are constantly recycling and for this reason we pass on our experience to our clients; proposing the products that we choose for our projects.
